1. Service & Orders
PhotoKakis provides digital passport, visa, and ID photo processing based on the document specifications and image you provide. All prices are payable at checkout. An order is confirmed only after successful payment. You are responsible for providing valid and complete information during checkout.
2. Delivery
PhotoKakis operates on a digital-only model. Final photos are delivered by email attachment only. No physical shipping is provided.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
Refund requests may be submitted within 7 calendar days from payment date by emailing . Refunds may be approved for:
- duplicate charges for the same order;
- technical delivery failure where files cannot be accessed; or
- non-compliant output caused by our processing.
Refunds are reviewed case-by-case. Processing starts immediately after payment and is effectively instantaneous, so cancellation is not possible once payment is completed — please submit a refund request instead.
4. User Responsibilities
You must ensure uploaded photos are yours to use and that all submitted information is accurate. PhotoKakis may reject or request re-upload of unsuitable input material.
5. Intellectual Property & Liability
The website design, branding, and software remain the property of Photo Kakis. Delivered outputs may only be used for lawful document purposes.
PhotoKakis is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use, third-party outages, or user-supplied data quality issues.
